Ray C. Carter, Jr.

President and Chief Executive Officer

Ray Carter oversees the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of Stemtech International, Inc., the ground-breaking direct seller of innovative nutritional, personal care and ECO products, based in South Florida. With Carter at the helm, Stemtech has grown rapidly, currently employing over 200 staff members who support operations in more than 50 countries on six continents. Stemtech is known worldwide as The Stem Cell Nutrition Company®, a leader in the new paradigm of wellness and the developer of a full line of products that enhance the body’s natural daily renewal system, adult stem cells. In the spirit of continuing innovation, in 2016 Stemtech expanded its line to include ECO products to protect the body’s stem cell system.

For 17 years prior to founding Stemtech in 2005, Carter directed growth in both private and public direct selling companies, from start-ups to Fortune 500 firms, including $250-million global organizations. Throughout his distinguished career, Carter has demonstrated extraordinary vision and business acumen that embraces all aspects of corporate management, including product development, procurement, manufacturing, sales and marketing, corporate administration, information systems and finance.

Under Carter’s leadership, Stemtech has earned a reputation as a significant player on the world stage, receiving a Rising Star Award from the Direct Selling Association in 2009 and being named to Inc Magazine’s list of the fastest-growing privately-owned U.S. based companies in four of the last six years, including the last three in a row.

A native of southern New Hampshire, Carter received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Maine in 1985 and graduated with honors from Southern New Hampshire University with a Master of Business Administration in Management in 1990. His facility with languages has enabled him to address international gatherings of Stemtech Independent Business Partners and global staff in more than a dozen native tongues.

John W. Meyer

Chief Operating Officer

With over 40 years’ business experience in logistics and management of projects, supply chain and staff, John oversees operations for Stemtech’s global company. In over ten years with Stemtech, he has supported openings of 51 national markets, serving as VP of Global Operations prior to his current position.

John is now responsible for global inventory management, purchasing and transportation, as well as for global Human Resources, Partner Services, Training, Information Technology, global facilities and for global manufacturing of nutraceuticals, cosmetics and ECO products.

John Meyer is also a shareholder in Stemtech International, Inc., and serves on the company’s Board of Directors.

Mira Gadzala, Ph.D

Senior V.P. - Research & Development

Dr. Gadzala joins Stemtech to lead our company’s initiatives in research and development through our exciting second decade. She comes to us after five years as President and Founder of BioCell Rejuvenation™, a Florida company that provided vitamin-development companies, fitness clubs and alternative clinics with scientific analysis and personalized wellness programs for the revitalization and balance of bio-cellular and metabolic functions to meet the body’s requirements and fight diseases. Dr. Gadzala will be a key product formulator for Stemtech and will oversee all current and future clinical trials.

She has 25 years of hands-on experience in biomedical, orthomolecular and cellular medicine research, as well as expertise in developing and promoting novel research concepts for dietary product lines. Dr. Gadzala is also the author of a number of booklets, handbooks and articles published in The USA and Europe.

Currently a Board-certified Alternative Medical Practitioner and holder of advanced degrees in Alternative Medicine and Orthomolecular Health, Mira Gadzala achieved her Ph.D in Holistic Nutrition with Highest Honors in 2004 and her Master’s Degree in Cell Biology in 1976.

She is an accomplished public speaker and has completed specialized training in toxicology and pharmacology, clinical nutrition, holistic human development, mind/body healing & wellness, oriental & ayurvedic perspectives, and courses in nutrition focusing on aging, the musculoskeletal system, women & children and nutritional healing.

Anil Singh

V.P. - Finance / Global Controller

Anil oversees the Global Finance function at Stemtech and is based in the Florida World Headquarters. Anil is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Accountant from England and Australia. Anil has served at Price Waterhouse Coopers, CPAs.

Anil has more than twenty years’ experience in Financial Management. Prior to joining Stemtech, he held leadership positions with publicly listed and private companies in manufacturing and distribution. He has lived and worked in US, Australia, and England.

Don Karn

V.P. - Stemtech ECO-Products Division

With industry acumen and an ever-present tenacious spirit, Don Karn had nearly three decades of expertise in network marketing and executive sales prior to joining Stemtech. A true veteran in the health, wellness and fitness sectors who is best known for both his drive and leadership rapport, Don is a firm believer in maintaining strong relationships between the corporate team and Independent Business Partners in the field.

His impressive career in senior management and lead roles in major direct sales companies included eight years with Avon and more than 10 years with Shaklee, among others. Initially attracted to our company because of our ground-breaking stem cell nutrition, network marketing business model and innovation, in 2016 Don took on the leadership role in Stemtech’s ECO Products Division. This new division is developing innovative products to protect stem cells from outside environmental toxins, just as the company’s pioneering stem cell nutrition products support stem cells from the inside.

Don holds an MBA from Lehigh University’s College of Business and Economics in Pennsylvania. He is a Board member of the Association of Network Marketing Professionals, serves on committees of the Direct Selling Association and is a contributor to Networking Times.

Svetlana Nedkovska

Managing Director Europe

Svetlana has over three decades of business experience in large international companies. Her experience in direct selling is an asset to Stemtech with more than 25 years at different managerial positions in leading companies in Europe. Svetlana joined the Stemtech Family in December 2010 as General Manager and later started to develop the East European markets and recently the Western Europe markets as well. Svetlana holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Management and Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology & Consulting. She is a Certified Mediator , an experienced business and organizational analyst and consultant. Passionate in what she does and believes in , she brings inspiration with her strong focus on the positive development for the Company and the community, also volunteering for charitable causes. Svetlana is fluent in English and Bulgarian, loves Russian too.

Bill V. Panopoulos

Director - Regional Sales & Marketing, Europe, Middle East & Africa.

Bill Panopoulos brings Stemtech his experience and expertise from 28 years in the Direct Selling profession. He helped start and successfully operate Nutrimetics, growing that company in 20 years to over 100,000 distributors who generated annual revenues of more than 36 million euros. Most recently, he was General Manager/Managing Director for Yves Rocher in Greece. At Stemtech, Bill is responsible to build and support our markets in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

He is an accredited government-certified motivational speaker and coach who has trained over 60.000 sales people with programs focusing on sales and motivation. Bill is an inspirational leader with great people skills and management acumen and is a change agent who embraces the values of integrity, trust, respect and belief.

A Greek native who lived for 30 years in Australia, Bill is fluent in both English and Greek. He holds Masters degrees in Marketing, Business Administration and Human Resources and is a life member of the General Managers Association in Greece.

Royston Knowles

Managing Director - African Markets

Royston is a seasoned executive with over 45 years senior executive board level experience, holding managing director and chairman positions in both local and international companies across a wide spectrum of industries. His first Managing Director position of an International company was at the age of 24. In addition he has over 24 years’ experience in the Direct Sales/Network Marketing Industry.

He has extensive experience at a strategic level, the identification and set up of new businesses around the world, mergers and acquisitions, IP and trademarks, corporate legal contracts and agreements, business and organisational structuring, including operational and project management, trouble shooting, IT design and development, and sales and marketing.

In addition to his initial education, Royston ensured he kept up to date and relevant with business trends throughout his career by attending several internationally acclaimed Business Schools in various countries, notably: University of Rhodesia; University of Toronto, Canada; Wits University Johannesburg & University of Cape Town Business Schools, South Africa, and Harvard in the USA.

Ken Muir

Managing Director - Southeast Asia

Ken has been involved in the direct sales and training industry for nearly 30 years, the last ten mostly in countries in the Asia-Pacific region. At Stemtech, he has assumed responsibility for management and growth of our markets in Indonesia, Singapore, the Philippines, Thailand and in Malaysia, where he resides.

He acquired wide experience through executive and consulting positions with a variety of sales/distribution organizations in Asia and Australia/New Zealand, where he demonstrated particular talents in the areas of restructuring for growth, strengthening corporate collaborative relationships and developing training for personal and business development.
